Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The location is superb for exploring the buzzing Spanish quarter of Napoli, with a tranquil atmosphere inside. My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. On the bright side, the location was fantastic, within walking distance of many attractions and the harbor area. However, the room left much to be desired - it was very old and shabby, small, and in need of updating. The service, on the other hand, was top-notch with very friendly and helpful staff. The dining experience was enjoyable, especially the breakfast spread. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
